Helldivers 2 Fuel Silos are a kind of mission objective associated with the Bots, and working out how to destroy them can be tricky, as the game isn’t always clear about methodology. In fact, you’re supposed to use one of the most powerful explosives inHelldivers 2, the legendary Hellbomb, a special contextual Stratagem you call in to destroy high-value targets like the Fuel Silos themselves. If you want some help on the process and how it’s done, we’ll lay out how to use Hellbomb to destroy Fuel Silos in Helldivers 2 below - without destroying yourself in the process.
How to destroy Helldivers 2 Fuel Silos
A Helldivers 2 Fuel Silo can be destroyed by use of aHellbomb, one of theHelldivers 2 stratagemsthat’s mission-specific, given to you for free when you’re in the correct objective area. Here’s how it works:

After a short timer, the Hellbomb will explode in a massive blast radius, destroying the Fuel Silo and anything else for quite a distance. The reason you have to kill all the enemies nearby is becauseif they shoot the Hellbomb at any point before it detonates, it’ll be harmlessly destroyed and you’ll have to call in another to try again.Obviously you probably don’t want to stick around to protect it too - not unless you feel like being a martyr. Likewise, enemy attacks can destroy the Hellbomb before it explodes.
Fuel Silos can’t easily be destroyed by normal Stratagems or weapons like the Recoilless Rifle or Precision Airstrike - even a 500KG bomb didn’t destroy one of them when I tried. We’re not saying that they can’t work, butifthey do, you’ll require several of them, and even then, it’s not guaranteed. Far better just to use the free Hellbombs and vaporize the area.© GamesRadar+.
