The easiest and quickest way to extract from a successful mission 3 times is to attemptmissions on the lowest difficulty possible, in a squad.Better yet pick the Eradicate Terminid Swarm options. This gives you one objective - kill termininds to to thing their numbers - and basically plonks you down in a bucket of Terminid. There’s no running around after multiple objectives, nowhere to travel to, you just hunker down and keep killing until you hit the number. They only last 15 minutes max, although with a good team you should be able to hit your quota way faster and extract in a single diget number of minutes.

For the best chance of surviving (especially on harder difficulties), you’ll want carefully-placed Sentry turrets around the entrances and Stratagems good for thinning crowds - just be wary of collateral  damage as you’ll likely be calling things in right on top of you. As long as you can coordinate as a group, spot incoming enemies and take them down before they can get too close and scatter you, you then you should be good. If things get desperate running around to just staying alive, or hiding can also be a good strategy - all you have to do is wait out the clock.
