The Shadow of the Erdtree Revered Spirit Ashes are new items that act as a sibling item to theShadow of the Erdtree Scadutree Fragments, used not to power up you, but your summons - the spirits brought forth through Ashes like the Mimic Tear and Black Knife Tiche, among the many others you can find and unlock. Even a spirit at +10 power is going to struggle against the bosses in Shadow of the Erdtree, and finding Revered Spirit Ashes is how you bring them up to a level of power that can actually function against perils like the Dancing Lion. If you want to find some of the Revered Spirit Ashes early on, I’ll show you where to look in Elden Ring Shadow of the Erdtree.
Revered Spirit Ashes' locations in Shadow of the Erdtree
So far, almostevery Shadow of the Erdtree Revered Spirit Ash I’ve found has been under a statue like this. The heads and general state of repair can vary but if you see a sculpture like this, with a glowing item in its lap, it’ll often be a Revered Spirit Ash. But, if it isn’t, it’ll be a Scadutree Fragment which is better.
You can also get them from pot carrying ghosts you can discover as you explore. They will try to run away if they see you, so chase them down and kill them - the first time you do you’ll get some high level loot which can include a a Revered Spirit Ash, but also Scadutree Fragments (again) and other things. Either way it’s worth getting them.
Here’s all the Revered Spirit Ashes I’ve found in Shadow of the Erdtree so far:
Obviously I’ll be updating this as I find more but these few will at least get you started. Although you will have to take on theDivine Beast Dancing Lionboss to reach number 4. He is the first of theShadow of the Erdtree main bossesyou have to defeat through so, if nothing else, tracking these down will set you on the right track generally.
